Ohhhh, how I miss Publix!!! There really isn't another grocery store that I've found to compare. I even worked there in High School :) Ahhhhh, the memories :) The store I worked at was on A1A and faced the beach in an area where there are a lot of seniors. There was a storm and this little lady in my line started saying, "I've gotta get out, the lightening's gonna strike me!" Bless her heart. And the people I worked with . . . became a lot like family . . . ahhhhh, the memories :)
Rachel! My sister got me some really ugly shoes for Christmas. They're called Crocs! Hey, they should be perfect for Florida!! Anyway, they feel like wearing slippers and they're even worse-looking, but here's the scoop. They're in style! I'll have to blog a picture of my feet with them on soon. Then you can know that you can wear ANYTHING these days and call them shoes!!! Seriously, I love my Crocs. They're the best-feeling shoes I've ever had on my feet. Is this too long for a comment? LOL.
You need some theme slippers like mine. I have Tazmania Devil slippers. You would do good Tigger or Pooh Bear. Bugs Bunny would be best but I haven't even been able to find those. Try Wal Mart. By the way, I work with a guy who has Croc's and he loves 'em. I think that they would be good for you too.
People are funny. The too shortest posts have twice as many Comments. On top of that, I can't stand to wear flip flops or slippers. whats next? leting us know if you shaved your legs today or you just decided to go with the razer stubble look for a change.
I love my slippers, they are moccasins with fur around the top. I have Berkinstock sandles now and was embarrased to wear them since that's what hippies used to wear and I hated them (the shoes). I hated people wearing sandles w/socks and GUESS WHAT!! I'm doing both now (because of foot surgery). Humbles Mom
LOL To embarrassed???
